Meet the Founder and Lead Facilitator of S.H.I.F.T.
Pamela Johnson is a native of North Carolina and has been in the human services field for over 30 years. She is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University with a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies. She continued her educational studies at Liberty University where she received two master's degrees in Professional Counseling and Addictions Counseling. She is licensed by the North Carolina Addictions Specialist Professional Practice Board (NCASPPB) as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate. She professionally operates as a private practitioner for mental health dually diagnosed individuals.
Pam is a spiritual person who believes in something higher than the self whom she refers to by many names such as Great Spirit. Source, All-That-Is, and GOD. Because of her spirituality, she has trained and learned other healing modalities in addition to her mental health education. She has completed energy healing modalities through The Light of Healing School completing her certification as a Shaman Practitioner and Akashic Records Healer. She believes in a direct personal experience with God who is a Spirit (life energy). And according to modern physics, we know that everything is made of energy which is both alive and conscious. In shamanic reality, everything is connected to, and a part of, everything else like a web. As a Shaman practitioner, Pam is trained to journey into the spirit realm (as prophets do) for guidance and healing.
With a background in the Christian church, Pam became a licensed minister in 1994, ordained Elder in 1997, and ordained Pastor in 2007. She served as Assistant Pastor and Co-Founder of The Well Church, Raleigh NC from 2003 until 2023 where she operated in every spiritual gift from God, especially the prophetic realm. She has used this anointing to enhance her work in energy healing understanding that “all things work together for the good of them who love God and are called according to his purpose”. She is called and purposed to be a “healer”, “light worker”, and “planter” in the earth. She is not only educationally and professionally trained, but she is walking in her divine calling in, as, and from God.
She continues to improve her calling as a professional by becoming a student at Quantum University for the Doctor of Holistic Health program.
